The Bear’s Den at Memorial Union is our retail dining location that offers a variety of cuisine, grab and go items, snacks, bottled beverages and more. At the Bear’s Den you will find hot beverages, the Bakery, Serrano with made-to-order burritos and bowls, Hissho Sushi(during the academic year), The Farmhouse Grill, Peking Plate with made to order stir-fry, Neapolitan, serving pizza, calzones, hot subs and pasta, Handcrafted Deli and Harvest, a traditional salad bar.

During the academic year at The Bear’s Den, the meal exchange is offered from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, for Unlimited Meal Plan holders. Guests using a meal exchange can choose from a special meal exchange menu.
